Placing orders with Flow Clothing Company

At Flow Clothing Company, we decided to survey some of our customers, asking them what we could do to improve the ordering and checkout process. They gave us great feedback and we have made some significant changes, making an already easy process even easier and cutting the checkout time in half! Now you can enjoy buying your favorite gear on www.flowclothingcompany.com in half the time with the same outstanding safety and security.

Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out. Simply click on an item and choose your size from the dropdown menu. You may then add the item to your shopping cart. Your items will only be held in the shopping cart for as long as you keep the browser open. If you close the browser, you may lose the items from the cart. To save items for a longer period, you will need to sign up for a free Flow Clothing Company account. Click "My Account" at the top of any page to create your Flow Clothing Company account. Once you have an account and log in, the items you leave in your cart will appear whenever you visit Flow Clothing Company. Please be aware, Flow Clothing Company sells items of limited quantities, we urge you to purchase the items you are interested in when you see them. The next time you visit, they may be sold out!

You may review what you have put in your shopping cart at any time. All you have to do is click on "Your Cart" at the very top of the page and you will be able to see all of the items you currently have stored.

Once you click on "Your Cart", you will see a picture of the item(s) you've placed in your shopping cart, as well as a brief description, the size, as well as the price and quantity. You may change the quantity of any item in your cart by entering the desired quantity and clicking "update."

Checking Out

Once you have found the items you are looking for and have added them to your shopping cart, you are ready to check out. If you have already created a Flow Clothing Company account, enter your email address and password under the "Returning Customers" header and click the "log in and check out" button. If you do not yet have an account, click the "proceed to checkout" button. Simply follow the 3 simple steps and provide the necessary shipping and billing information to complete the checkout process. You must provide a valid email address in order to checkout. You will be asked to also create a password. Placing the order will automatically create your new Flow Clothing Company account and a Customer ID will be issued immediately, which will allow you to view your order status, edit email preferences, and more.
